Job Role
Assist the Group Chief Internal Auditor (GCIA) / Account managers in the development of Annual / Group Internal Audit Plan.
Plan in deriving scope and objectives in audit planning assignments and other tests of controls.
Ensure Audit Assignments are executed, completed and reported in line with the Audit scope / plan.
Review audit documentation and files for audits conducted to assure compliance with Auditing Standards and Quality Assurance Review procedures.
Conduct and report on special assignments and Control Self-Assessment (CSA) as part of Group Internal Audit (GIA) consultancy services to add value to the company's operations.
Assist with problem analysis, security, and development integrity of new IT systems and processes to identify suitability for group-wide adoption.
Identify areas for improvement in the audit process, systems and drive the changes.
The Person
Possess Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (specializing in ICT, information systems, information security, cyber security, or a related field) from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 – 3 years of operational experience in a related IT field. Prior exposure to IT Audits / Cyber security audits would be an added advantage.
Certified Internal Auditor / Certified Information Systems Auditor would be an added advantage.
Excellent writing, reporting, and analyzing skills.
An interest in IT auditing and risk assessment.
